Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates from Chicago Food Planet make a perfect gift and are a unique way to say Happy Birthday, Happy Holidays, Happy Anniversary, or simply Thank You.

Gift Certificates are $40/person. In the near future we will be able to process Gift Certificates online, however currently we offer an official document which may be used as a reservation by the recipient(s). Gift Certificates are valid for two years from date of issuance. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Once the Gift Certificate recipient confirms their date and time with Chicago Food Planet, tickets cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Upon completing the following Gift Certificate Request Form, a representative from Chicago Food Planet, Inc. will contact the Purchaser regarding payment options.
