Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are $42/person. We offer an official Gift Certificate document which is snail-mailed or emailed to the purchaser or recipient to be used at their discretion. Gift Certificates are valid for two years from date of issuance. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. Gift Certificates can be purchased for either the Near North Food Tour or Bucktown/Wicker Park Food Tour.

Upon completing the following Gift Certificate Request Form, a representative from Chicago Food Planet Food Tours will contact the Purchaser regarding payment options.
